SteveMcDonaldSteve is operating an Integral consulting business called Transcendence, based in Melbourne. Transcendence was started in 2005 as a 'for profit social venture' aimed at supporting the emergence of Integral leadership in organisations and government. The company's long term goal is to work at a global level, particularly in international leadership, governance and crisis management. Steve is a former career army officer (14 years) and has worked as a civilian rescue helicopter pilot (5 years) and an OD consultant (7 years). He trained in SDi with Don Beck and Christopher Cooke. His ILP is Taijiquan, a Chinese martial/healing art and he is a part-time instructor with the World Taiji Boxing Association.
