Currently:
- My major ongoing project at the moment is as an independent consultant to a major university developing customized leadership and organisational development initiatives using the integral framework for their industry clients. So far, have applied the framework in this capacity to:
- A leadership program, marketed by the University
- The design and facilitation of several short courses under the serial title of, "Developing the Capacity to...”
- Employee Engagement strategies
- Work strategically with the OD and L&D departments of the universities Local Government clients.
- Developed several strategies for L&D and OD initiatives for several organisations using the Integral framework
- Facilitation of leadership development programs using the Integral framework as a basis of the program
- Working under the banner of my company INTEG Solutions as an independent consultant in the “soft skills” “capacity” development area with various sized organisations. Applied integral approach in this capacity to industries such as:
- Sporting institutions,
- Not for profit organisations,
- Engineering industry,
- Education,
- Pharmaceutical,
- NGO’s,
- Government, etc.
- President of the Spirituality Leadership and Management Network Ltd. This organisation is currently in somewhat of a holding pattern at the moment while we restructure its operating status. Most activity is in the monthly SLaM@Work Cafés where we provide an opportunity to perpetuate the conversation of Spirituality in the work place.
- Regular and long standing attendee in support of the grass roots establishment of the integral perspective at the Melbourne Wilber Meetup.
