PeterHaywardDr Peter Hayward is a foresight practitioner and academic. He specialises in helping organisations and communities act creatively with the future in mind– learning to see the world differently and find hopeful and inspiring futures. He is the Program Director of the Masters of Strategic Foresight that is offered at Swinburne University in Melbourne. His PhD was From Individual to Social Foresight and studied how foresight develops in individuals. Ken Wilber's integral theory was foundational in that work. Peter and Dr Joseph Voros designed, and Peter currently convenes, a unit on Integral Perspectives in the Masters of Strategic Foresight which is probably one of few postgraduate units dedicated to studying Ken Wilber in Australia. Peter also presents Integral Theory to a variety of organisations in order to deepen their understandings of their future options. Peter has also trained in Spiral Dynamics and Cooke-Greuter's LDAP model. Peter has written on the topics of psychology, systems thinking and foresight. He has published The Moral Impediments to Foresight Action, Facilitating Foresight, Foresight in Everyday Life, Foresight as a Catalyst for Change and Integral Perspectives.
