Transcendence is a for-profit social venture, formed in 2005 with the explicit purpose of evolving the art of leadership. This implies not only training, developing and supporting leaders as they develop their own organisations, but also leading by example in all that we do. We aim to walk the talk as we support our clients in government, business and communities.

During our first 18 months of operation we have been involved in:

Developing a communications strategy for a state government Influenza Pandemic contingency plan
Change facilitation for an insurance company
Research into deep patterns of large scale social change
Research into the transition from strategic enterprise (ER) to network centric (FS) operations
Discussions with the CSIRO, DSTO and the Australian Defence Force on the application of SDi to complex contemporary issues including water and international conflict resolution

We've adopted a network centric approach to business development and 2007 will see us relocating to Collins Street in Melbourne CBD, co-located with communications consultants Scaffidi Hugh-Jones
