  • Auto immune disease information
  • UEI™ notes and application
  • Evolutionary enlightenment teachings

Originally this system of personal and professional development grew from the life coaching industry when Sarah worked as a Professional Coach from 1999 in Sydney, Australia.

The philosophies have been based on the great thinkers and the eastern philosophers of the past plus the integral thinking philosophies of the modern day coupled with Sarah's Energetic Living™ original teachings. Her gift is being able to take high level theory and create easy to follow application of these profound teachings into everyday life. This work is about INTEGRATING what you know rather than "doing another course".

What makes it special is it really focuses on the individual developing a philosophy for living, really embracing their deep inner knowing and learning how to powerfully apply this to their day-to-day life.

Sarah is the founder of this new area of development called Energetic Living™ and with Michelle Duval they collaborate and co-create these cutting edge resources for the world.

It speaks of truth, being real and living life with integrity. It inspires people to create success in their life to the beat of their own tune. It cherishes free spirits who feel passionate about expressing themselves in life their way. It honours the energetic uniqueness of each individual. It pushes each individual to move beyond their narcissistic self into an internal thinking paradigm.
