SLAM

The Spirituality, Leadership and Management (SLaM) Network is a member based global network dedicated to the evolution of human consciousness. SLaM is focused on down to earth, practical ways of improving how we lead and manage our organisations, communities and the natural world to facilitate this evolutionary process. Our activities include:

    * Public education through consulting and community & corporate based learning groups
    * SLaM Conferences and other events
    * Research into spirituality, leadership and management
    * Publication of regular newsletters and an academically reviewed journal 

We believe that an awareness of the spiritual nature of human beings is essential to good leadership and management. This consideration of both tangible and intangible aspects of being is increasingly important as we navigate through the resource boundaries of our natural world.

SLaM is not a religion or a belief system, our network is open to people from all beliefs and from all spiritual paths.
