IntegralLeadershipCentre

The Integral Leadership Centre (ILC) is a unique and innovative leadership development centre within the University of Western Australia’s Graduate School of Management.

ILC offers organisations services in:

• Customised leadership development and management training
• 360° feedback and Executive Coaching
• Organisational surveys, training needs analysis and evaluation
• Worksite health, stress management and health appraisal
• Strategic organisational consulting, including Facilitation of strategic planning, performance management and change management
• Consulting in the areas of improving organisational systems and processes, HR Strategy, Governance, Balanced Scorecard and Triple Bottom Line
• Public training courses in leadership, management, team effectiveness, change and business management

ILC works in partnership with individuals, teams and organisations to help achieve their short and long term objectives. Consistent with its philosophy, the Centre helps organisations build long term sustainable capabilities whilst also ensuring that these capabilities result in what’s best for society and the natural environment. ILC uses the Integral framework to develop leaders and transform organisations in a way that balances financial, staff customer and social interests.

The Centre has an international network of academics and consultants drawn from Australia, South East Asia, North America and Europe who are committed to the ILC approach. Our consultants offer the best practical experience and the latest academic thinking to provide expertise, resources and solutions to ensure organisations needs are met.

As part of the Graduate School of Management, the Centre conducts extensive research in the areas of leadership, organisational effectiveness, strategic planning and change management to ensure that the concepts and actions of the organisation lead to genuine improvements and outcomes.
